One of my go to snacks is sliced apple with peanut butter. This peanut butter chocolate chip greek yogurt dip takes it to a new level with a good dose of protein. It pairs well with apples, pretzels, graham crackers or anything else you like to dip in peanut butter. Make a double batch ahead of time to have an easy snack on hand.

Ingredients

- plain greek yogurt
- creamy peanut butter
- chia seeds
- mini chocolate chips or cocoa nibs

Instructions

Step One: Microwave peanut butter in a glass bowl for approximately 15 seconds. You don’t want it hot, but you want it to thin out a little.
Step Two: Stir in greek yogurt.

Step Three: Stir in chia seeds and mini chocolate chips (or cocoa nibs).

Step Four: Serve with apple slices, pretzels, graham crackers or anything else you like to dip in peanut butter.
Hint: Don’t skip slightly melting the peanut butter. It’s really hard to mix into cold yogurt straight from the jar.

Substitutions
- No sugar added- use cocoa nibs instead of chocolate chips and make your own peanut butter or use a sugar free peanut butter.
Top Tip
Be sure to mix in chocolate chips last. The yogurt will bring the peanut butter to a cold temperature. Mixing in the chocolate chips first could cause them to melt slightly in the peanut butter.
