About Me

Hi, I’m Kealy! Life feels crazy more often than not. My schedule has me in a full sprint and next thing I know we’ve eaten out almost every day that week. Feeding people is my love language and it brings me joy to cook for family and friends. I have found that I must be more intentional and prepared to make that happen. That’s where Season With Salt and Prep comes in.

I will show you how to make delicious meals with ingredients that span multiple recipes. I want to help you maximize time, minimize waste, and enjoy food with your people. In every recipe you’ll find a section called “Give Yourself the Gift of Prep.” This section has ideas for freezing meals, repurposing parts of a meal or doing a small amount of additional prep to use for another meal. It’s like a little gift to myself every time I pull out prepared ingredients after a long day.
