In every recipe you’ll find a section called “Give Yourself the Gift of Prep.” This section has ideas for freezing meals, repurposing parts of a meal or doing a small amount of additional prep to use for another meal. It’s like a little gift to myself every time I pull out prepared ingredients after a long day and on days I just can’t, I reach into my freezer stock.
